Another Riddle Answer
So, Allison had it right. Chelsee...you were close with the hail, good try.
So this man was locked up somewhere where it's very cold, Russia or the Arctic or something like that. An Icicle came through the roof and hit the man killing him. When the guards found him the icicle had melted so all that was left was a bit of a puddle.

So this is the one about the amount of flies and the time it will be half-full
